Return Period
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be in the same condition in which it was received
- Be unused where applicable
- Include original tags or packaging where applicable
- Meet the product-specific return requirements
- Include proof of purchase
Some products may be subject to different return conditions because of their nature.

Do not send a return to an address unless our customer service team has provided or confirmed the correct return instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order after delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 DAYS at:

Please provide photographs and your order number so we can assess the issue.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 10 BUSINESS DAYS for us to process an approved refund. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the funds appear in your account.Return shipping is free for all eligible returns covered by this policy. Absar Market will provide return instructions after your return request has been approved.
Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Products
If we determine that an item was damaged before delivery, defective, or incorrectly supplied, we will work with you to determine the appropriate resolution in accordance with the circumstances of the order and applicable law.
